As part of corporate citizenship, HRPackage actively participates in various social public welfare undertakings.

In January 2017, HRPackage established the “HRPackage Fund” to provide out-of-school children, impoverished students, and college dropout students with funding assistance to help realize the "Chinese dream. Talent dream". Funding sources include corporate appropriations, donations organized by the company, and employee donations. As of July 2019, HRPackage has invested hundreds of thousands of RMB in talent funds for the society, benefiting nearly a hundred aid recipients nationwide.
